Welcome to Rose Creek Upkeep LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Rose Creek Upkeep LLC and use of our website. By requesting, scheduling, approving a quote for, or purchasing services from Rose Creek Upkeep LLC, you agree to the applicable terms below.
Services
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC provides exterior property-maintenance services, which may include house washing, soft washing, pressure washing, driveway and walkway cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, seasonal holiday lighting, and other services described in an approved quote.
The exact services, pricing, and scope of work for each job will be shown on the customer's quote, work order, or other service agreement.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information and property conditions available at the time the estimate is prepared. Pricing may change if the actual size, condition, accessibility, complexity, or scope of work differs from what was originally provided or observed.
Any significant additional work or additional charges will be communicated to the customer for approval before that additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
Scheduling & Weather
Service dates and arrival times may be affected by weather, equipment issues, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work when conditions make the service unsafe or could negatively affect the quality of the work.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and areas being serviced.
Before exterior cleaning, customers should close windows and doors, secure pets, and remove or protect fragile or valuable belongings from the work area.
Customers should notify Rose Creek Upkeep LLC of known property defects, leaks, damaged siding, loose fixtures, electrical concerns, or other conditions that could affect the service.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Exterior cleaning can reveal deterioration, oxidation, loose paint, damaged siding, failing seals, cracks, leaks, or other conditions that were previously hidden by dirt, algae, mold, or buildup.
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, or conditions that existed before our work began.
Cleaning Results
We strive to provide professional results; however, some stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, permanent staining, or other conditions may not be completely removable through normal cleaning methods.
Holiday Lighting
Holiday lighting services may include design, custom fitting, installation, maintenance during the agreed season, takedown, organization, and storage as specified in the customer's quote or holiday lighting agreement.
When Rose Creek Upkeep LLC provides lighting under a seasonal service or leasing arrangement, the lights and applicable installation materials remain the property of Rose Creek Upkeep LLC unless the customer's written agreement specifically states otherwise.
Holiday lighting schedules may be affected by weather, roof conditions, accessibility, and other safety considerations.
Payment
Payment terms and due dates will be stated on the customer's quote or invoice. Customers agree to pay the amount due for authorized and completed services according to those terms.
Available payment methods may be provided through Rose Creek Upkeep LLC's customer-management and payment-processing systems.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Any service-specific cancellation, deposit, or rescheduling requirements will be disclosed on the applicable quote or service agreement.
Property Access & Safety
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC may refuse, postpone, or discontinue work when conditions are considered unsafe for employees, customers, property, equipment, or others.
Customers, children, pets, and other persons should remain safely away from active work areas and equipment.
Limitation of Responsibility
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC will take reasonable care while performing services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Creek Upkeep LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or pre-existing property conditions, defective materials, improper installation, normal wear and deterioration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Rose Creek Upkeep LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version will be posted on our website with its latest revision date.
